Returns & Refunds policy

At Amnoax, we strive to ensure that you love what you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Returns are applicable only for manufacturing defects, wrong size, or incorrect item delivered.

• Products showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during sale or clearance.

• Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling.

• Customized or altered products (if applicable).

Return Process

1. Email us at Support@Amnoax.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear product images.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you to self-ship (based on service availability).

4. The product will be inspected after it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after successful quality inspection.

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (details will be requested).

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.

• If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Charges

• Reverse pickup charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Important Notes

• Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases.

• Amnoax reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
